Dry Season 2026 Information and registration

REGISTRATIONS OPEN – 2026 SEASON
NetSetGo, Juniors, Seniors, Men’s & Mixed

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ FIRST

⚠ There are TWO separate registration systems and TWO separate payments required.

Players must register AND pay in BOTH systems:
• Nightcliff Netball Club (Majestri)
• Netball NT / Darwin Netball Association (Netball Connect)

If you only complete ONE registration, your registration is NOT complete.

Players who are not registered and financial in BOTH systems:
• will not be allocated to a team
• will not be permitted to take the court

This is the most common issue we experience each season, so please ensure BOTH steps are completed.

Seniors: $335
(NNC $165 + Netball Connect $170)

Juniors: $295
(NNC $145 + Netball Connect $150)

NetSetGo: $275
(NNC $125 + Netball Connect $150)

Mixed: $335
(NNC $165 + Netball Connect $170)

Men’s: $335
(NNC $165 + Netball Connect $170)

*Nightcliff Netball Club runs the ‘GO’ element of NetSetGo.

Player numbers are limited each season. Team numbers are capped based on available volunteers, so we strongly encourage registering as early as possible.

VOLUNTEERS – WE NEED YOU

A club is only as good as its volunteers.

Nightcliff Netball Club operates entirely through volunteer support. Roles include:
• Coaches
• Team Managers
• Umpires
• Game Day Supervisors

You can give as little or as much time as you are able — every contribution matters.

U11: Year Born 2015 – 2016
U13: Year Born 2013 – 2014
U15: Year Born 2011 – 2012
U17: Year Born 2009 – 2010
Seniors / Men’s / Mixed: Year Born 2008 and under

NETSETGO & JUNIOR TEAMS (U11 – U17)

At this stage, we anticipate one team per junior age group based on current volunteer numbers.

Additional teams will only be opened if additional volunteers come forward.
Example: Two U13 coaches = two U13 teams.

SCHOOL SPORTS VOUCHERS

School Sports Vouchers are accepted for Nightcliff Netball Club fees.

Vouchers must be uploaded during the Majestri checkout process.
The system will:
• scan the voucher using OCR
• ask you to confirm the extracted details
• apply the voucher to your invoice automatically

HOW TO REGISTER & PAY (PLEASE FOLLOW IN ORDER)

STEP 1 – Nightcliff Netball Club (Majestri)
This covers club costs such as equipment, umpiring, grading, court hire and club operations.

• Register via Majestri
• Pay in full OR enter a flexible payment plan

Note: Players will not be placed in a team unless they are financial with the club.

STEP 2 – Netball Connect (Netball NT & Darwin Netball Association)
This covers insurance, competition management and game-day requirements.

• Register in Netball Connect
• Pay Netball NT & DNA fees

Note: Players cannot take the court until Netball Connect fees are paid.

UNIFORMS

We are in the process of updating our uniform for the season. Our current stock of the outgoing uniform is on sale for this reason. Note that once the current stock is sold we will not be ordering any more of the outgoing uniform and will be waiting for the new uniform to come into supply.

All players receive a training singlet as part of their fees.
Please select your size carefully — sizes cannot be changed once ordered.

Playing uniform options:
• Club dress with black undershorts, OR
• Club playing singlet (velcro bibs) with plain black shorts or leggings
(no logos, no external pockets)

GRADING DAYS

Grading dates for 2026 are yet to be confirmed.

We strongly encourage attendance on both grading days where possible.

Seniors Grading​
 
Sunday 22nd February 10am - 3pm
Wednesday 25th February 6pm - 9pm

Territory Netball Stadium
(Times to be staggered based on divisions, times will be displayed closer to the date)
 

Juniors Grading​ - U11, U13, U15 & U17
 
Monday 2nd March 5.30pm - 8pm
Wednesday 4th March 5.30pm - 8pm
